After the factory tour we headed up to Idaho Springs to eat at Beau Joes. Geoff watches Man vs. Food. and Adam Richman did a show about the mountain pie. Geoff being the food lover he is was anxious to try this pie. I have to say the thing is massive. All 4 of us could not finish a pie. It is so thick and the crust is incredible, they serve honey so you can dip your crust in it, talk about a fat kid maneuver.
